Abstract
Diplomová práce analyzuje současnou situaci ve firmě s cílem detekovat slabá místa v řízení a motivaci zaměstnanců a navrhuje možnosti zlepšení za účelem zvýšení efektivity podniku.
This thesis analyzes present situation in a firm with an aim to detect weak points in management and motivation of employees. Also the thesis offers possibilities of improvement for purpose of an increase in effectiveness of the firm.
