Robotizované pracoviště pro manipulaci s dílci a součástkami

Abstract

Teoretická část bakalářské práce se zabývá návrhem uspořádání automatizovaného robotizovaného pracoviště pro manipulaci s tělesy vysokotlakých vstřikovacích čerpadel. Dále na realizaci a následné návratnosti investice. V bakalářské práci je také nastíněn princip vstřikovacího systému Common - Rail a jeho použití v moderních vznětových motorech. V praktické části bakalářské práce je následně řešen mechanický stoper paletek s tělesy čerpadel a automatický překladač blistrů.The theoretic part of barchelor works solves the lay-out of the automatic robotized workplace for the handling the housings of the high-pressure pumps. The works includes both the calculation of the power consumption of the robotized workplace and the calculation of the realization costs and consequently the economic return. There is mentioned both the principle of the Common - Rail fuel injection system and its using in the recent Diesel engines. There is discussed both the mechanical stopper of the palette with the inclusion of the housings of the pumps and the automatic reloader of the blisters in the practical part of the barchelor works.
