Abstract

Bakalářská práce na téma Novostavba rodinného domu s pedago-psychologickou poradnou na úrovni dokumentace pro provádění staveb byla vypracována tak, že objekt je rozdělen na dvě části. První částí je rodinný dům spojený s garáží. Nad převažující plochou rodinného domu je i podkroví, které má pultovou střechu. Střecha nad garáží, skladem a hygienickém zázemí je plochá. V prvním nadzemním podlaží byly navrženy provozní a denní místnosti a v podkroví je klidová zóna pro rodinu. Přístup do garáže je možný i přes zádveří. Přes obývací pokoj je možný přístup na venkovní terasu. Druhá část je poradna, která se nachází v přízemí a je zde navržená pultová střecha. Obvodové nosné stěny a vnitřních nosné stěny byly konstrukčně řešeny zdícím systémem Porotherm. Celý objekt je zaizolován vnějším kontaktním zateplením. Fasády jsou v kombinaci odstínů barev bílé, šedé a hnědé. Návrh dopravy v klidu pro klienty poradny a obyvatele rodinného domu byl situován v severní části pozemku.Bachelor thesis on The new detached house with pedagogical-psychological Guidance Centre at the documentation for the execution of works was drawn up so that the object is divided into two parts. Circumferential load-bearing walls and interior load-bearing walls were structurally designed masonry system Porotherm. The entire building is insulated by ETICS. There are combinations of white, grey and brown shades of colors on a facade. Draft stationary traffic for counseling clients and residents of the detached house was situated in the northern part of the site.
