Návrh motivačního systému a odměňování ve firmě SPRESO, s.r.o.

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá řešením motivačního systému a odměňováním zaměstnanců ve firmě SPRESO, s. r. o. V teoretické části se zaměřím na pojem motivace, stimulace a odměňování zaměstnanců. Na základě analýzy současného stavu a výsledků dotazníkového šetření o spokojenosti zaměstnanců v praktické části vymezím nedostatky a navrhnu optimální řešení, které povede k větší spokojenosti zaměstnanců a tím pádem ke zvýšení motivace při práci.This bachelor thesis is dealing with a solution of motivation system and remuneration of employees in the company of “SPRESO, s.r. o.”. The theoretical part of my thesis is focused on following terms: motivation, stimulation and remuneration of employees. In a practical part of my bachelor thesis based on the analysis of current situation and results of questionnaire about satisfaction of employees I will define defections and suggest the optimal solution, which will lead to better satisfaction of employees and higher working motivation as well.
