Abstract
Cieľom bakalárskej práce je vytvoriť nový územný súbor na ploche obklopenej ulicami Rybářská a Poříčí a k tomu nadväzujúci brownfield na mieste bývalého areálu továrne Kras. Súčasťou práce je taktiež návrh dvoch vybraných domov v navrhnutej zástavbe. V rámci riešenia jedného z navrhnutých obytných blokov je venovaná pozornosť jednému z nárožných domov, ktorý má do územia priniesť študentský internát s miestom pre coworking. Druhým prvkom tvoriacim daný blok je potom radová zástavba menších bytových domov, tzv. townhouse. Jedna z hlavných myšlienok bola snaha o prirodzené zapojenie novej zástavby do existujúcej zástavby a zároveň prispôsobenie sa novovznikajúcemu nábrežiu rieky Svratky.
The aim of the bachelor thesis is to create an urban ensemble on site surrounded by Rybářská and Poříčí street and on a nearby brownfield that is in place of a former factory “Kras”. A part of the thesis is also a design of two chosen buildings in the designed development. As a part of the solution of one of the designed residential blocks, attention is paid to one of the corner houses, which is supported to bring a student dormitory with a place for coworking to the area. The second element making up the given block is terraced development of smaller apartment buildings, the so-called townhouse. One of the main ideas was the effort to naturally connect the new development to the existing development and at the same time to adapt to the newly emerging embank of the river Svratka.
