Abstract

Předmětem této diplomové práce je zpracování projektové dokumentace pro realizaci novostavby hotelu v Moravanech u Brna. Hotel je navržen jako samostatně stojící budova o 3 nadzemních podlažích. V 1. nadzemním podlaží se nachází vstupní část, administrativní část, restaurace, její zázemí a technické zázemí hotelu. Další nadzemní podlaží slouží pro ubytování hostů. Stavba je navržena z tradičních stavebních materiálů.The topic of this Diploma thesis is the project documentation of the new hotel building in Moravany u Brna. Hotel is designed as a detached building with 3 floors. In the first floor you can find an entrance hall, administrative part, restaurant and its background and the technical background. Another floors serve as accommodation for the guests. The building is designed with traditional building materials.
