Abstract

Téma bakalářské práce je novostavba rodinného domu s podnikatelskou činností. Dům je situován v mírně svažitém terénu v obci Jablůnka. Objekt je navržen jako třípodlažní. Provozovnou je prodejna a servis PC. Součástí objektu je garáž pro dva osobní automobily. Objekt je určen pro bydlení čtyř až pětičlenné rodiny. Budova je navržena ze systému Heluz. Obvodový plášť je zateplen kontaktním zateplovacím systémem. Střechy jsou ploché jednoplášťové.The theme of bachelor’s thesis is a detached house with business activity. The house is situated in gently sloping terrain in the town Jablůnka. The building is designed as a three-storey. The establishment is a shop and servis PC. The garage for two cars is a component of the object. House is designed for a four – five member family. The building is designed of the construction system Heluz. The cladding is insulated by contact insultion system. The roofs are single-layer and flat.
