Abstract
Táto diplomová práca sa zaoberá problematikou bezpečnosti údržby etiketovacej linky, ktorá pozostáva zo zariadenia ALOC (Automatic Labeling Outbound Check) a teleskopického pásového dopravníka. Prvá časť práce je zameraná na legislatívne požiadavky, technické normy a metódy hodnotenia rizík, najmä metódu JSA (Job Safety Analysis). Druhá časť práce sa venuje praktickej analýze rizík vybraných údržbárskych činností, návrhu technických a organizačných opatrení a ich technicko-ekonomickému zhodnoteniu.
This diploma thesis deals with the issue of maintenance safety of a labeling line consisting of the ALOC (Automatic labeling Outbound Check) device and a telescopic belt conveyor. The first part of the thesis focuses on legislative requirements, technical standards, and risk assessment methods, with particular emphasis on the JSA (Job Safety Analysis) method. The second part is dedicated to the practical analysis of risks related to selected maintenance activities, the proposal of technical and organizational measures, and their technical and economic evaluation.
