Uzavření bloku zástavbou inspirující se historickou strukturou staveb a jejich zásadami. Příjemné prostředí pro studentské bydlení ve styku s přírodou téměř v centru města. Sklonité střechy prostříhnuté ŽB boxy tvořící rytmus na fasádě.
