Abstract
Předmětem této bakalářské práce jsou návrh a především projektová dokumentace rodinného domu se dvěma bytovými jednotkami ve Zlíně. Budova se skládá ze dvou nadzemních podlaží a suterénu, kde jsou situovány garáže pro oba byty. Kromě vlastního projektu jsou součástí práce i architektonická studie a seminární práce.
The theme of the bachelor´s thesis are a design and mainly a project documentation of a detached house with two housing units in Zlín. The building consists of two aboveground floors and a basement, where garages for both flats are situated. Beside the own project documentation an architectural study and an essay are also parts of the thesis.
