Abstract
Tématem bakalářské práce je posouzení energetické náročnosti budovy jako tepelného systému. V práci jsou popsány a vypracovány dokumenty, které jsou v současné době užívány ke stanovení energetické náročnosti budovy. Jedná se o průkaz energetické náročnosti budovy (PENB) a energetický štítek obálky budovy. (EŠOB). V práci jsou dále popsány stěžejní vlastnosti používaných materiálů pro zajištění tepelné pohody v budově.
This bachelor's thesis deals with assessment of energy performance of the building as a particular heating system. Documents that are currently utilized for determining energy performance of a building are described and elaborated in the study. It is Energy Performance Certificate (PENB) and European Union Energy Label (EŠOB). Furthermore, crucial properties of the materials used for ensuring heating stability of the building are described in the study.
