Revitalizace historického jádra Hostěradic

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je architektonická studie návrhu obnovy areálu renesanční radnice v Hostěradicích. Objekt je významnou historickou dominantou obce a nachází se v jejím urbanistickém jádru. Cílem návrhu je nalézt nové, smysluplné využití radnice a jejího okolí, a to při respektování kulturně-historických hodnot a potenciálu památkově chráněného objektu. Na základě průzkumů a analýz stávajícího stavu byly identifikovány hodnotné historické vrstvy a stanoveny zásady pro rehabilitaci stavby. Součástí návrhu je také úprava přilehlých veřejných prostranství a jejich začlenění do širšího kontextu centra obce. Revitalizace areálu usiluje o vytvoření živého, multifunkčního prostoru, který nabídne kulturní, společenské, gastronomické, sportovní i ubytovací funkce a stane se přirozeným centrem dění v Hostěradicích. Navržené funkce zahrnují mimo jiné knihovnu, výstavní a společenské prostory, letní kino, bistro s vinotékou, sportovní zázemí, apartmánové ubytování a zrekonstruovanou zahradu s veřejným přístupem. Projekt počítá také s dopravním řešením a novým parkováním. Návrh usiluje o udržitelné využití objektu a jeho navrácení do života obce jako otevřeného, přístupného a důstojného místa setkávání.The subject of this thesis is an architectural study proposing the revitalisation of the Renaissance town hall complex in Hostěradice. The building is a historically significant landmark located in the centre of the village. The main objective is to define a new and meaningful function for the site while preserving its heritage values and respecting the architectural and historical context. Based on site surveys and research, the project identifies key historical layers and proposes a sensitive rehabilitation approach. The study includes the redesign of adjacent public spaces and their integration into the broader urban fabric. The revitalisation aims to create a vibrant, multifunctional centre offering cultural, social, gastronomic, sports, and accommodation services, thus reintegrating the town hall into the life of the community. The proposed functions include a library, exhibition and community spaces, summer cinema, restaurant with wine cellar, gym, guest apartments, and a renewed accessible garden. The project also addresses transport and parking infrastructure. The overall vision is to ensure the sustainable use of the heritage site and its transformation into an open and dignified place of encounter for both locals and visitors.
