Abstract
Předmětem bakalářské práce je energetický audit bytového domu, nacházející se v městské části Brno – Bystrc. Na základě přiložených podkladů bylo provedeno zhodnocení stávajícího stavu a následné navržení úsporných opatření. Tato analýza vedla ke snížení energetické náročnosti budovy z hlediska energetického, ekonomického i environmentálního. Také byl proveden průkaz energetické náročnosti budovy.
The subject of the thesis is an energy audit of a residential building, located in the city of Brno - Bystrc. Based on the accompanying documentation was an assessment of the current state of design and subsequent austerity measures. This analysis led to a reduction in energy intensity of buildings in terms of energy, economic and environmental. Also it was carried out Energy Performance Certificate.
