Abstract
Předmětem této bakalářské práce je zpracování stavebně technické části projektové dokumentace pro realizaci novostavby rodinného domu v Moravanech u Brna. Dům je částečně podsklepen a má dvě nadzemní podlaží. Stavba je navržena z tradičních stavebních materiálů. Součástí je také seminární práce na téma Hydroizolace.
The topic of this Bachelor thesis is an elaboration of technical documentation for a project of new family house in Moravany u Brna. This house is partial basement and it has two floors. The building is designed with traditional building materials. Part of this thesis also includes a seminar work on Waterproofing.
