Bytový dům

Abstract

Předmětem zadání mé bakalářské práce je návrh bytového domu ve formě projektové dokumentace pro provedení stavby. Dům je navržen jako samostatně stojící s bezbariérovým přístupem. Objekt je podsklepený, se čtyřmi nadzemními podlažími. v každém podlaží se vykytují dva byty, lodžie a arkýře. V domě se nachází osm bytových jednotek, z toho dvě bytové jednotky jsou přizpůsobeny pro obyvatele s omezenou schopností samostatného pohybu. Objekt je založen na betonových základových pasech. Konstrukční systém celého objektu je příčný stěnový. Obvodové zdivo je z keramických tvarovek typu therm a stropní konstrukci tvoří keramické stropní panely. Schodiště je železobetonové monolitické a v zrcadle schodiště se nachází výtah. Objekt zastřešuje plochá jednoplášťová střecha. Dále je součástí práce posouzení z hlediska stavební fyziky a požárně bezpečnostní řešení.The subject of my bachelor thesis is the design of a apartment house in the form of design documentation for construction. The house is designed as stand-alone with wheelchair access. The building has a cellar, with four above-ground floors. There are two apartments, loggias and bay windows on each floor. There are eight dwelling units in the house, of which two dwelling units are adapted for residents with limited ability to move independently. The structure is based on strip foundations from concrete. The construction system of the entire building is a transverse wall system. The external wall is made of ceramic fittings of the type THERM and the ceiling structure consists of ceramic ceiling panels. The staircase is made of monolithic reinforced concrete and there is a lift is in the mirror of the staircase. The building is roofed with flat single-skin roof. Other part of this thesis is an assessment of building physics and fire safety requirements.
