Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na návrh moderního studentského bydlení v univerzitním městě Brně, které dlouhodobě čelí nedostatku kapacit i zastaralým formám ubytování. Projekt reaguje na aktuální potřeby mladé generace a nabízí řešení formou multifunkčního komplexu, který zahrnuje koleje, menzu, fitness, komerční prostory i společenské zázemí. Důraz je kladen na udržitelnost, komunitní život, flexibilitu a zdravý životní styl. Návrh řeší nejen samotné bydlení, ale i veřejný prostor, funkční parter a napojení na širší městskou strukturu. Výsledkem je komplexní architektonický koncept, který vytváří prostředí podporující studium i volnočasové aktivity studentů.This bachelor's thesis focuses on the design of modern student housing in the university city of Brno, which has long faced a shortage of capacity and outdated forms of accommodation. The project responds to the current needs of the younger generation and offers a solution in the form of a multifunctional complex that includes dormitories, a canteen, fitness facilities, commercial spaces, and social amenities. Emphasis is placed on sustainability, community life, flexibility, and a healthy lifestyle. The design addresses not only the housing itself but also public space, the functional ground floor, and integration into the broader urban structure. The result is a comprehensive architectural concept that creates an environment supporting both study and leisure activities for students.
