Analýza cen ve stavebnictví v uplynulých letech

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou trendů v cenách bytů, domů a stavebních materiálů v České republice v posledních deseti letech. Tato analýza zkoumá, jak makroekonomické podmínky, legislativní změny a významné ekonomické události ovlivnily tyto ceny, čímž poskytuje hlubší porozumění dynamice a závislostem ve stavebním sektoru. Výsledky analýzy poskytují hlubší pochopení dynamiky a závislostí cen v různých oblastech stavebnictví a mohou sloužit jako cenný podklad pro strategické rozhodování stavebních firem, developerů, investorů, politických a ekonomických rozhodovatelů. Práce tak přispívá k širšímu pochopení cenových trendů ve stavebnictví a jejich dopadu na celkovou ekonomiku.The Bachelor's thesis deals with the analysis of trends in the prices of apartments, houses, and construction materials in the Czech Republic over the past ten years. This analysis examines how macroeconomic conditions, legislative changes, and significant economic events have influenced these prices, thereby providing a deeper understanding of the dynamics and dependencies in the construction sector. The results of the analysis provide a deeper understanding of the dynamics and dependencies of prices in various areas of construction and can serve as a valuable basis for the strategic decision-making of construction companies, developers, investors, political and economic decision-makers.
