Rodinný dům ve Lhotce u Ostravy

Abstract

Bakalářská práce řeší novostavbu rodinného domu ve Lhotce u Ostravy. Rodinný dům je navržen jako samostatně stojící nepodsklepený dvoupodlažní objekt pravidelného obdélníkového tvaru zastřešený sedlovou střechou. Je řešen jako zděný objekt z vápenopískových tvárnic s kontaktním zateplovacím systémem s minerální vatou. Nosná konstrukce střechy jsou dřevěné vazníky a střešní krytina je vláknocementová barvy břidlice. Strop v objektu je monolitický železobetonový. Základové pasy jsou z tvarovek ztraceného bednění. Fasáda objektu je bílé barvy v kombinaci s obkladem s imitací režného zdiva. Vedle objektu rodinného domu se nachází garáž pro dva automobily se skladem. Objekt je navržen pro čtyřčlennou rodinu a je určen pro trvalé bydlení. Rodinný dům je navržen s ohledem na energetickou úspornost a téměř s nulovou potřebou tepla na vytápění. Rodinný dům je navržen na parcele č. 175/7 ve městě Lhotka u Ostravy. Pozemek hraničí s ulicemi Televizní a ulicí Na Palouku. Příjezd k domu bude z ulice Na Palouku. Tato práce obsahuje přípravné a studijní práce, situační výkresy, architektonicko-stavební řešení, stavebně konstrukční řešení, požárně bezpečnostní řešení, výpočty stavební fyziky v rámci seminární práce a schémata techniky prostředí budov.Bachelor´s thesis is focused on new detached house in Lhotka u Ostravy. The detached house is designed as a seperate double floored house with no basement with regular rectangular shape and gable roof. The house is designed as a brick building of sand-lime blocks with contact thermal insulation system of mineral wool. The supporting structure of the roof are wooden trusses and roofing is fibre cement and colour of slate. The ceiling in the building is a monolithic reinforced concrete. Foundation walls are made of blocks of shuttering. The facade of the building is white in combination with tiles of imitation brickwork. Beside the house is located the garage for two cars with a store. The building is designed for family of four inhabitants and the house is determined for permanent housing. The detached house is designed with energy efficiency and low demand for heating. The detached house is designed on plot no. 175/7 in Lhotka u Ostravy. The plot borders with streets Televizní and Na Palouku. Access road to the house is from street Na Palouku. This work includes the preparation and study work, situational design, architectural and structural design, structural design solutions, fire safety solutions, essay of building physics calculations and engineering schemes of technical equipment.
