Bytový dům v Praze - stavebně technologická studie půdní vestavby

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce bylo vypracovat stavebně technologickou studii se zaměřením na půdní vestavbu bytového domu v Praze 6, městské části Bubeneč. Stavebně technologický projekt řeší pro zadanou technologickou etapu zásady organizace výstavby včetně zařízení staveniště, souhrnnou technickou zprávu, technologické předpisy pro provádění střešního pláště a sádrokartonových příček, časový plán stavby, rozpočet, návrh strojní sestavy, kvalitativní požadavky a jejich zajištění a bezpečnost práce při provádění stavby.The aim of the bachelor´s thesis was to elaborate the construction and technological study, focusing on the loft conversion of the apartment building in Prague 6, the urban district Bubeneč. The construction and technology project addresses for the given technological phase mainly the rules for the building including the facilities of the construction site, summary technical report, budget, technological regulation for the implementation of the roof deck and plasterboard partitions, time plan of the building, budget, proposal of the machine set, qualitative requirements and their provision and occupational safety during realization of the building.
