Financování veřejné zakázky z pohledu dodavatele

Abstract

Práce se zabývá financováním zakázky z pohledu dodavatele. Budou zde popsány možnosti, jak dodavatel může výstavbu financovat, ať už z vlastních či cizích zdrojů. Na reálné zakázce, budou vysvětleny náležitosti, které dodavatel musel splnit, aby danou zakázku vyhrál. Dále bude popsán průběh financování zakázky. Cílem práce je zde definovat a navrhnout možné změny ve způsobu financování stavební zakázky z pohledu dodavatele.This thesis deals with funding of contract from the point of view of contractor. It describes the possibility of financing the building both from the internal and external sources. All conditions that had to be met to win the contract will be explained on a real situation and the way and development of financing the contract will be described as well. The goal of the thesis is to define and suggest all possible changes in funding of the agreed contract from the contractor´s point of view.
