Abstract
Předmětem této bakalářské práce je identifikovat faktory, které ovlivňují časovou náročnost výstavby stavebního objektu. Pro zjištění časové náročnosti na výstavbu objektu mne firmy zabývající se projekční činností poskytly co nejvíce objektů podobných dispozic. Vybíral jsem nepodsklepené objekty typu bungalov.
The subject of this (bachelor) work is to identify the factors influenced the time demandingness of building construction. Design and project companies have provided me as many similar disposition objects (buildings) as possible to determine the time demandingness of building construction. I have sellected non-cellar bungalows.
