Znojmo, obnova domu Malá Františkánská č.121

Abstract

Zadáním bakalářské práce bylo navrhnout rekonstrukci rezidua ve Znojmě na ulici Malá Františkánská. Předmětem návrhu je alternativní prostorové a funkční řešení objektu vycházející z jeho historického charakteru, které bude architektonicky zajímavé a zároveň správné po stránce technické a konstrukční. Vycházelo se z architektonické studie, kterou jsem navrhla v rámci ateliéru obnovy památek v letním semestru 3. ročníku. V bakalářské práci je pak zdokumentovaný vývoj tohoto návrhu – od původní architektonické studie, přes konstrukční studii až po stavební část projektové dokumentace po provedení stavby. V poslední části – architektonickém detailu – se pak zabývám řešením výplně gotického portálu. Nedílnou součástí je pak i technická zpráva, kde je vše důkladně popsáno.The task of bachelor´s thesis was to design a reconstruction of residues in Znojmo on the street Malá Františkánská. The proposal is an alternative spatial and functional solution of the object based on its historic character which is architecturally interesting and also good in terms of technique and construction. It was based on an architectural study that I designed in the studio restoration of monuments in the summer semester of the third year. In this work there is then documented the development of this project - from the initial architectural studies, through study of construction to the project documentation for building construction. In the last part - architectural detail - is concerned with the solution fills a gothic portal. An integral part is the technical report where everything is thoroughly described.
