Abstract

Predmetom bakalárskej práce je novostavba rodinného domu s geodetickou kanceláriou v katastrálnom území mesta Senica v zástavbe rodinných domov. Objekt je trojpodlažný, čiastočne podpivničený, tvorený suterénom, prvým a druhým nadzemným podlažím. K rodinnému domu prilieha pristavaná garáž. Rodinný dom je navrhnutý pre 4 - 6 člennú rodinu, garáž je určená pre dva osobné automobily. V kancelárii sa počíta s dvoma zamestnancami. Hlavný vstup do budovy je orientovaný na západ.The aim of my bachelor´s work was a project of a new family house with a geodetic office in the land register of Senica in the housing development. The object is a two storey building that is partially with basement. It has a basement, first and second floor. There is a garage as a part of the house. The family house is designed to suit a 4 -6 member family. The garage is designed for two cars. The office is suitable for two employees. The main entrance of the building is situated to the west.
