Tepelně-technické požadavky na budovy a jejich finanční návratnost/náročnost

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá výstavbou domů s nižší energetickou náročností. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy, tepelně-technické požadavky a definice variant s různou energetickou náročností. V praktické části jsou porovnány pořizovací ceny jednotlivých variant, provozní náklady a stanovení doby návratnosti.This thesis deals with the construction of houses with better energy performance. The theoretical part explains the basic concepts, thermal-technical requirements and definitions of variants with different power consumption. In the practical part we compare the cost of the various options, operating costs and determine the payback period.
