Implementace služby Google Analytics a její využití pro potřeby analýzy webové aplikace společnosti

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá implementací služby Google Analytics pro analýzu webové aplikace společnosti Boardone.io. Důraz je kladen na sběr relevantních dat pro datově podložené rozhodování, přičemž je vyřešeno i technicky náročné měření v iFrame z odlišné domény. Teoretická část se zabývá webovou analytikou, technologiemi jako HTML5, JavaScript a nástroji Google Analytics 4 a Google Tag Manager, které jsou podstatným aspektem práce. Analytická část hodnotí aktuální stav platformy, klíčové aspkety a identifikuje technické nedostatky. Návrhová část podrobně popisuje samotnou implementaci včetně potřebných skriptů k úspěšné realizaci řešení.The diploma thesis focuses on the implementation of Google Analytics for the analysis of the web application developed by Boardone.io. Emphasis is placed on collecting relevant data to support data-driven decision-making, including addressing the technically challenging measurement within an iFrame which is loaded from a different domain. The theoretical part covers web analytics, technologies such as HTML5 and JavaScript, and tools like Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager, which form an essential part of the work. The analytical section evaluates the current state of the platform, key areas and identifies technical shortcomings. The design section provides a detailed description of the implementation, including the necessary scripts for the successful execution of the solution.
