dc.description.abstractZvolené řešení se opírá o významný prvek osy, protínající řešené území a počítá s novými možnostmi průchodnosti a průjezdnosti i k potřebám původních rezidentů. Nová struktura je kompaktní ale propustná, je jedním celkem vsazeným do klidného prostředí dvorce. Budovy vymezují vlastní náměstíčko, na kterém bude park. Obytné místnosti se orientují k tomuto prvku, jako k vytvářenému oproti živelným dvorcům na straně druhé, kam směřujeme zahrádky. Starou a novou zástavbu rozděluje především zeleň, ve větší míře původní. Výška byla volena tak, aby neclonila stávající zástavbě a aby obyvatel měl stále kontakt s děním v ulici. Vzdálenost od okolní zástavby je dostatečná pro vyhovující proslunění. Vzhled objektů a úpravy fasád v přírodních materiálech dávají větší dojem útulnosti.cs
dc.description.abstractThe chosen solution is based on a significant element of the axis intersecting the studied area and allows for new possibilities and throughput bottlenecks as well as the needs of indigenous residents. The new structure is compact but permeable, is one of total serenity set into court. Buildings define its own square on which the park. Living rooms are oriented to this element, as generated by the spontaneous dvorcům compared to the other, where we are going gardens.
