Návrh testovací lineární osy

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá konstrukčním návrhem testovací lineární osy. Navrhovaná osa bude sloužit, pro vyhodnocování vlivů tepla na vlastnostech lineárních odměřovacích snímačů Heidenhain řady LS 487. První část obsahuje rešerši v oblasti lineárních os a jednotlivých odměřovacích zařízení. V této části jsou podrobně popsány lineární snímače firmy Heidenhain. Druhá část popisuje návrh jednotlivých součástí, ze kterých bude sestavena nová lineární osa.This Thesis addresses a constructional design of test linear axis. Designed axis is an instrument to evaluate heat impact on qualities of linear metering encoders LS 487 produced by Heidenhain company. In the first part, there is a list of significant features, which are considered to be important in the field of linear axis and metering devices. The part offers detailed description of linear encoders of Heidenhain company. The second part offers description of designing particular components, off which is the new linear axis constructed.
