Finanční analýza podniku

Abstract

Předmětem této bakalářská práce je vyhodnocení finanční situace a výkonosti společnosti HOST - vydavatelství, s.r.o. na základě finanční analýzy. První část zahrnuje teoretická východiska a pojmy finanční analýzy, se kterými se pracuje v následujících částech práce. V další části jsou popsána specifika knižního trhu, protože pro správné pochopení finanční analýzy je nutné nejprve správně porozumět trhu, na kterém se společnost pohybuje. Ve třetí části jsou pak teoretické poznatky vyžity prakticky a je popsán finanční stav společnosti. Závěrečná část obsahuje vlastní návrhy řešení, které by měly vést ke zlepšení finanční situace dané společnosti.The aim of this Bachelor thesis is the measurement of financial situation and performance of the company HOST - vydavatelství, s.r.o. based on financial analysis. The first part describes the theoretical basis and terms of financial analysis, which are used in the following parts of the thesis. Next part describes the specifics of book market, because to understand the financial analysis, we first need to understand the market, in which the company operates. In the third part, these theoretical bases are practically used for describing the financial state of the company. The last part contains suggestions for solutions that should lead to an improvement of the financial situation of the selected company.
