Abstract

Jedná se o novostavbu rodinného domu s projekční kanceláří, která má svůj vlastní vstup.Půdorysný tvar je sestaven ze dvou na sebe přiléhajících Obdélníků. Objekt se skládá ze dvou nadzemních podlaží a je částečně podsklepen. V suterénu se nachází garáž pro dva osobní automobily. Rodinný dům je zastřešen plochou střechou. Nad garáží je navržena vegetační střecha. Jsou navrženy dvě pochozí terasy. Budova je navržena z konstrukčního systému Heluz Plus30.The thesis is focused on planning a new house with an office with its own entrance. Ground plan consists of two mutually adjacent rectangles. The object includes two above ground floors with partial basement. The basement provides garage for two cars. The house is covered with a flat roof. The garage is designed to be covered with vegetative roof. Two terraces are designed for the building. The building is designed in the walling structural systém Heluz Plus 30.
