Podzemní kultura – adaptace starého pivovaru v Litovli

Abstract

Predmetom bakalárskej práce je návrh možného riešenia adaptácie bývalého pivovaru v meste Litovel. Objekt v súčastnosti chátra a mesto uvažuje o jeho nahradení modernou bytovou zástavbou. Cieľom návrhu je preto nájsť vhodnú funkciu a využitie pre podzemné priestory 200 ročného pivovaru, ktoré by zabudnuté miesto zachránili a vdýchli mu nový život. Projekt počíta s vytvorením reštauračného minipivovaru a kreatívneho centra s coworkingom, vďaka ktorým sa areál stane centrom kultúry a umenia. Návrh zároveň rieši objekt bytového domu s vnútroblokom ako aj verejný priestor vzniknutého námestia a promenády pozdĺž nábrežia rieky.The subject of the bachelor‘s thesis is the design of a possible solution for the adaptation of the former brewery in the city of Litovel. The building is currently dilapidated and the city is considering replacing it with a modern housing development. The goal of the design is therefore to find a suitable function and use for the underground cellars of the 200-year-old brewery, which would save the forgotten place and give it a new life. The project envisages the creation of a restaurant microbrewery and a creative center with coworking, thanks to which the area will become a center of culture and art. At the same time, the design also deal with the public space of the created square, the nearby residential block and the promenade along the river embankment.
