Bytový dům Pod Štandlem

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je bytový dům ve Frýdku-Místku, na ulici Pod Štandlem. Jedná se o objekt se čtyřmi nadzemními a jedním podzemním podlaží, kde je prostor rozdělen do 9 bytových jednotek a dalších účelových místností v suterénu. V rámci práce byla vypracována projektová dokumentace se základními posudky. Pro projekt byly navrženy zděné konstrukce z vápenopískových bloků a v případě suterénu systém ztraceného bednění. Stropní konstrukce jsou tvořeny prefabrikovanými stropními panely, které jsou také nosnou vrstvou pro plochou střechu. Celá budova je zateplena systémem ETICS. Hlavní vstup je situován na jihovýchodní stěně. V prvním nadzemním podlaží se nachází dva třípokojové byty. Obdobně je to také ve druhém nadzemním podlaží, kde se navíc nachází také garsoniéra. Ve třetím podlaží jsou navrženy dva byty o třech a čtyřech pokojích. Čtvrté podlaží obsahuje také dva byty, o třech a čtyřech pokojích, ke kterým je navržena terasa.The subject of the bachelor thesis is the apartment building in Frýdek-Místek, on the street Pod Štandlem. It is an object with four above-ground and one underground floor, where space is divided into 9 residential units and other special rooms in the basement. The thesis contains the project documentation with basic reports. For the project were designed masonry structures from lime sand blocks and, in the case of the basement, a lost formwork system. Ceiling structures are made up of prefabricated ceiling panels, which are also a supporting layer of the flat roof. The entire building is insulated with ETICS. The main entrance is situated on the south-eastern wall. On the first floor, there are two two-room apartments. Similarly, it is also on the second floor where there is also a one-room apartment. On the third floor, there are two apartments with three and four rooms. The fourth floor also includes two apartments with three and four rooms plus there are terraces designed.
