Řízení rizik stavební zakázky

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je problematika řízení rizik ve stavebním podniku. První část práce je obsahově založena na používané terminologii a výkladu příslušných pojmů. Najdeme zde klasifikaci rizik z různých úhlů pohledů, možná dělení a třídění rizik. Poté je zde zaměření na významné zdroje rizik a na účastníky výstavby, kteří jsou riziky dotčeni. Čtvrtá kapitola je seznámení se s jednotlivými etapami procesu řízení rizik včetně uvedení vybraných metod a technik, které se obvykle používají. Teoretická část je podkladem pro pátou kapitolu, kde je shrnuta problematika rizik u konkrétní stavební firmy a dvou z jejich stavebních zakázek.The subject of the bachelor thesis is the issue of risk management in the construction company. The first part of the thesis is based on the terminology used and the interpretation of the relevant terms. Here we can find the classification of risks from different angles of view, possible division and classification of risks. Then there is a focus on significant sources of risk and on those involved in construction that are affected by the risks. The fourth chapter is to familiarize with the different stages of the risk management process, including the introduction of selected methods and techniques that are commonly used. The theoretical part is the basis for the fifth chapter, which summarizes the problems of the risks of a particular construction company and two of their construction orders.
