Korečkové elevátory

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá technickým návrhem a porovnáním korečkového elevátoru s gravitačním a odstředivým vyprazdňováním. Návrh obou variant je proveden pro dopravu štěrkopísku (frakce 1,6–6 mm) s dopravním výkonem 40 t/hod a dopravní výškou 11 m. Práce obsahuje funkční a kapacitní výpočty, na jejichž základě jsou zvoleny hlavní komponenty zařízení, včetně tažného pásu, korečků a pohonné jednotky. Součástí práce je technické porovnání obou navržených konstrukčních variant z hlediska klíčových provozních a konstrukčních parametrů. Výstupem je technická zpráva a sestavné výkresy obou typů elevátorů.This bachelor's thesis focuses on the technical design and comparison of a bucket elevator with gravity and centrifugal discharging. The design of both variants is carried out for the transport of gravel-sand mixture (fraction 1,6–6 mm) with a conveying capacity of 40 t/h and a conveying height of 11 m. The thesis includes functional and capacity calculations, which serve as the basis for selecting the main components of the equipment, including the traction belt, buckets, and drive unit. The work also contains a technical comparison of both designed structural variants in terms of key operational and construction parameters. The final output includes a technical report and assembly drawings of both types of elevators.
