Návrh polyfunkčního domu na nároží ulic Bratislavská a Stará. Zadaná parcela se nachází v brněnské městské části Zábrdovice. Její velkou výhodou je blízkost centra města, která jí předurčuje potenciál do budoucna jakožto oblasti vhodné k bydlení, kterou také i v současnosti je. Navržený objekt je městský dům, s převážnou funkcí bydlení a obchodním uličním parterem. Konceptem je doplnění nároží a tvorba vnitřních prostor dvorů.Proposal for a multifunctional building on the corner of Bratislavská and Stará.
