Konstrukční návrh vyvrtávací hlavy na vrtačku

Abstract

Bakalárska práca, patriaca do oblasti nástrojov na obrábacie stroje, sa zaoberá vyvŕtavaním. Práca je rozdelená na rešeršnú časť, v ktorej je spracovaný prehľad vyvŕtavacích hláv a na praktickú časť, v ktorej je vytvorený konštrukčný návrh vyvŕtavacej hlavy. Ide konkrétne o hlavu s excentricky uloženým vretenom, ktorého pohybom po kružnici bude fréza uchytená v ňom frézovať otvor. Výsledkom konštrukčného riešenia je vyvŕtavacia hlava, ktorá sa skladá predovšetkým z dvojstupňovej planétovej prevodovky, čelného ozubenia a prevodu ozubeným remeňom.The bachelor thesis, which belongs to the field of machine tool tools, deals with drilling. The thesis is divided into a search section where a review of the drill head is processed and the practical part in which the design of the drill head is made. This is particularly the head with an eccentric spindle, the movement of which on the circle will be a milling cutter that will cut the hole. The result of the design is a drill head, which consists of a two-stage planetary gear, a toothing and a toothed belt drive.
