Návrh na optimální postup při řešení pracovních konfliktů

Abstract

Ve své práci se zabývám tématem pracovních konfliktů. V teoretické části definuji pojem konflikt, jaké jsou druhy konfliktu, příčiny vzniku a možná řešení tohoto typu problému. V praktické části analyzuji danou problematiku v konkrétní společnosti a navrhuji preventivní program předcházení konfliktům na pracovišti.In my thesis I deal with the theme of interpersonal conflicts at workplace. In the theoretical part, I describe the theme of conflict as such, its sorts, causes of rise of such conflict and also possible solutions of these kinds of problems. In the practical part, I analyze these interpersonal conflicts in a concrete company and I suggest the best possible measures for prevention of the rise of the interpersonal conflicts.
