Řízení stavební zakázky ve stavebním podniku

Abstract

Konkurenční tlak panující na stavebním trhu, zvyšující se nároky investorů, nestabilní ekonomická a politická situace. To jsou faktory, které nutí stavební podniky k efektivnějšímu řízení a přípravě zakázek. Cílem této diplomové práce je popsat řízení zakázek teoreticky i ve zvoleném podniku a následně navrhnout a vypracovat dokumentaci přípravy zakázky „Novostavba polyfunkčních domů“ v Mníšku pod Brdy s pomocí metod projektového řízení.The competitive pressure which is in the construction market, the increasing demands of investors and unstable economic and political situation. These are factors which force construction companies to more efficient management and preparation of contracts. The aim of this thesis is to describe the theory for contract management and also in the concrete company and design documentation for the preparation of contract "Multipurpose buildings" in Mníšek pod Brdy with the help of project management methods.
