Pneumatický manipulátor pro odběr keramických desek

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je návrh konstrukce pneumatického manipulátoru na odběr keramických dlaždic z pracovního prostoru lisu. První část se věnuje rozdělení manipulátorů z hlediska principu pohonu, využití manipulátorů v průmyslu a přípravků, kterými mohou být tyto manipulátory osazeny. Ve druhé části je návrh a konstrukce ručně ovládaného prototypu přípravku na zakládání topných těles do keramických desek, který je součástí již zmíněného manipulátoru.The objective of this bachelor thesis is suggestion of the construction of pneumatically operated manipulator také of earthenware tile from working area of press. First part focuses on distribution of manipulators in therms of principle of drive, use manipulators in industry and preparations, which manipulators may be equipped with. In the second part are suggestion and construction manuály operated prototype of preparation for setting up radiators in to earthenware tile, which is part of alredy mentioned manipulator.
