Článek ukazuje, jak důležité je podrobné a přesné hodnocení všech dostupných dokumentů a zjištěných skutečností, aby znalec nedošel k chybnému závěru posudku. Současně zdůrazňuje úlohu vlastníka nemovitosti v procesu životnosti stavby a zamýšlí se nad kvalitou projektového záměru.
