Hodnocení výkonnosti podniku

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá hodnocením výkonnosti společnosti Kraft Foods CR, s. r. o. Teoretická část práce vysvětluje pojem výkonnost a popisuje způsoby jejího měření. V další části práce je nastíněn profil dané společnosti a je provedeno hodnocení dle modelu EFQM, pomocí kterého jsou identifikovány slabé stránky v organizaci a odhaleny skryté potenciály podniku.This master’s thesis deals with analysis of the performance of the company Kraft Foods CR, s. r. o. The theoretical part explains the term performance and describes methods of the measuement. In the next part is outlined the profile of the company and company is evaluated by the EFQM Model, using which are identified weaknesses in the organization and discovered the hidden potentials of the company.
