Terasový rodinný dům

Abstract

Předmětem mé bakalářské práce je návrh novostavby terasového rodinného domu na úrovni dokumentace pro provedení stavby. Objekt se nachází v nezastavěné okrajová části města Šumperk a využívá jinak nezastavitelných pozemků ve svahu. Základní myšlenkou konceptu jsou navazující hmoty ve tvaru kvádru, které jsou horizontálně členěny ustupujícím podlažím a pásovými okny, z nichž každá plní svou funkci. Objekt je částečně podsklepen, se dvěma nadzemními podlažími, zastřešen plochou střechou. Zastavěná plocha objektu je 263 m2. Nosná konstrukce objektu je tvořena z monolitického železobetonu do systémového bednění. Návrh domu klade důraz na dispoziční řešení včetně zajištění konstrukce po stránce statické, architektonické, úspory energie a bezpečnosti při užívání objektu.The subject of my bachelor's thesis is the design of new terraced family house. This thesis is on the level of documentation for building construction. The building is located in the undeveloped outskirts of Šumperk and it uses unstoppable land on a slope. The basic idea of the concept is related matter in the shape of a block, which is horizontally divided by retreating floor and ribbon windows and each of has its function. The building is partly basement, it has two floors above the ground and it is covered by a flat roof. Built-up area has 263 m2.. The supporting structure of the building is made of a monolithic reinforced concrete. Design of the house emphasizes the layout, including the ensure of construction for the static, architectural, energy savings and safety in use of the building.
