Abstract
This bachelor’s thesis is pointed at the solution of construction of "Residential Building" in the form of project documentation. The main aim of the building object is to create a comfortable, low-cost and healthy place ideal for family living. The maximum number of people in the house is four. The most ideal option would be two adults and two children. It is located on parcel 983/101, cadastral area Babice nad Svitavou. The shape of the object can be considered as rectangular. The house is without a basement and has two storyes and no garage. The structural system is made of precast concrete ytong blocks and a flat roof with a slope of 1 °.
