Abstract
Bakalárska práca rieši návrh novostavby bytového domu v prímestskej časti v meste Blatná. Bytový dom má 4 nadzemné podlažia, v ktorých sa nachádza 8 bytových jednotiek. V 1. NP sa nachádzajú pivničné priestory, technické priestory, kočikáreň, sušiareň a spoločenská miestnosť. V 2-4 NP sú bytové jednotky. Celý objekt je prepojený dvojramenným schodiskom a výťahom, ktorý sa nachádza medzi schodiskom. Vedľa objektu sa nachádza 9 parkovacích státi. Stavba je založená na základových pásoch. Nosný systém je stenový. Stropy a strechu tvorí monolitický železobetónový strop. Objekt je zastrešený plochou jednoplášťovou vegetačnou strechou. Zateplenie budovy bude vyriešené obvodovými keramickými tvárnicami porotherm s výplňou minerálny vaty.
The bachelor's thesis deals with the design of a new apartment building in the suburbs in the town of Blatná. Apartment building have 4 above ground floors, in which there are 8 housing units. On the 1st floor there are cellars, technical premises, carriage house, dryer and common room. On the 2nd-4th floor there are housing units. The whole building is connected by a two-arm staircase and an elevator, which is located between the staircase. Next to the building there are 9 parking spaces. The construction is based on foundation strips. The supporting system is wall-mounted. The ceilings and the roof are formed by a monolithic reinforced concrete ceiling. The building is covered with a flat single-skin vegetation roof. The thermal insulation of the building will be solved by peripheral ceramic blocks porotherm with mineral wool filling.

Defence
Student si připravil prezentaci projektu bytového domu. Prezentace obsahovala popis zájmového území, situaci objektu, popis objektu, dispoziční řešení podlaží, konstrukční systém s popisem materiálů, architektonické řešení. Student si připravil odpovědi v reakci na otázky oponenta. Byly položeny další doplňující otázky:Je stanovena uliční čára? St: není. Kde je vedeno odvětrání radonu? St: v šachtě. Jaký materiál použít na hydroizolaci u zábradlí?
Student s dokonalým přehledem zaujímal odborná stanoviska ke všem připomínkám oponenta a výborně reagoval i na všechny otázky členů komise, které byly k obhajované práci položeny.
