MĚSTSKÝ DŮM NA NÁBŘEŽÍ V PŘEROVĚ

Abstract

Hlavní myšlenkou projektu je vytvoření nového veřejného prostoru. Prvotní myšlenkou bylo pokračování v řadové zástavbě a dotvoření prostoru nároží, po sléze se ukázalo daleko atraktivnějším řešením opačná orientace objektů. Vznikly dvě hmoty sloužící pro k bydlení a kancelářským účelům. Obě hmoty mají atraktivní orientaci vůči okolí s výhledem na nábřeží, navíc vzniklý prostor není utopený ve vnitrobloku, ale vytváří nové možnosti.The urban intention of the project is to get some public space. In this particular case, the first idea was to continue the street line in a L shape. then realized that the same shape worked turning it the other side. So the housing and the offices get the same light and views to the river, but also, the space remaining is a positive a powerful space. So the comercial use go to this part, and at the roof of this area, now appears a square that also use the restaurant and offices from second level. In order to get people to move up, the stairs is big and with little inclination.
