Abstract
Práce popisuje vývoj předpisů, zákonů a státních norem používaných pro mapování. Z důvodu velkého množství informací je pozornost soustředěna zejména na rok 1785 - patent Josefa II., návody výdané a obnovované v letech 1824, 1865 a 1887 - stabilní katastr. Zmíněny jsou také návody, jejich obnovy a doplnění z let 1904, 1907 a 1914 zejména kvůli prvnímu použití metrického měřítka. Důraz je kladen také na popis Instrukcí A a B, a to kvůli jejich propracovanosti a přínosu pro instrukce, které jsou používány v současnosti. Práce se také zabývá vývojem přesnoti měření. Současně jsou v práci zmíněny počátky triangulace v naší zemi včetně geodetických a kartografických základů. Práce končí popisem soudobých zvyklostí během procesu mapování. V závěru je pojednáno o přesnosti současných digitálních mapování pro dnešní katastr.
This thesis describes the development of the regulations, laws or state standards used for mapping. Due to the quantity of information, this thesis is mainly focused on the year 1785 – this year, the Josef II. Emperor’s patent was released, and instructions released and renewed during the years 1824, 1865, 1887 for Stable cadaster. Instructions and their novels and additions from years 1904, 1907, 1914 are also mentioned, among other things, due to their first-time metric scale usage. Significant part is dedicated to the Instructions A and B, mainly for their sophistication and contribution to currently used instructions. The thesis also deals with their contents and measurement accuracy according to these guides. The beginnings of triangulation in our land are also mentioned, including geodetic and cartographic foundations and contemporary practice during the mapping process. In conclusion, the up-to-date digital mapping for current cadaster and its accuracy are discussed.
