Abstract

Příspěvek se zabývá problematikou společné evropské měny. Analyzuje klady a zápory zavedení eura a hodnotí důsledky, které jeho používání způsobilo nejen co se týče fungování ekonomik jednotlivých států eurozóny, tak i ve vývoji celé Evropské unie.The paper deals with the issue of the common European currency. It analyzes the pros and cons of the introduction of the euro and evaluates the consequences its use has made not only in terms of the functioning of the economies of individual euro area countries, but also in the development of the whole European Union.
