Abstract
Jedná se o objekt pro čtyř až pětičlennou rodinu. Dům je dvoupodlažní s podsklepením a je postaven ze systému Porotherm. Svislé nosné konstrukce tvoří Porotherm 30 P+D a jsou zatepleny kontaktní tepelnou izolací. Stropy jsou z nosníků POT a vložek MIAKO. Zastřešení je řešeno pomocí dvou plochých střech. Základy tvoří základové pásy.
The building used for housing for The house is two storey with basement and is built from the system Porotherm. The vertical structure consists Porotherm 30 P+D and contact systém. The ceilings are made of beams POT and inserts MIAKO. Roofing is solved using two flat roofs. The bases are strip foundation.
