Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce analyzuje a hodnotí stav podnikových procesů, komunikace, administrativy a informačního software v drobném podniku. Také se zamýšlí nad vhodností využití ERP systémů v takto malých podnicích. Na základě teoretických poznatků popisuje řešení návrhu procesů a simulace procesů včetně software pro jejich podporu. Popisuje také praktickou implementaci funkcí ERP systému HELIOS Orange.
This bachelor's thesis analyze and evaluate business processes, communication, business administration and information software in a very small company and discusses the desirability of using ERP systems in such small business. Based on theoretical knowledge describes how to design processes and process simulation, including software solutions. It also describes the practical implementation of the functions of ERP system Helios Orange.
