Podnikatelský plán rozvoje firmy EMKO Case a.s. formou vytvoření elektronického obchodu

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce je zhotovení podnikatelského plánu pro rozvoj firmy EMKO Case a.s. Práce je rozdělena na čtyři části. První uvádí cíle a metody řešení. Druhá, teoretická část, popisuje významné pojmy spojené s činností jak podnikatelskou, tak i s použitou metodikou. V další části bude představen současný stav firmy spolu s rozborem klíčových metod. Smyslem poslední části práce je představit nový, vlastní návrh pro založení elektronického obchodu pro tuto firmu.The aim of this bachelor thesis is the creation of business plan for the development of EMKO Case a.s. The work is divided into four parts. The first introduces aims and methods. The second describes significant expressions and ideas associated with the enterpreneurial as well as the methods component of the business. In next part the current status of the company will be presented and individual key methods will be analyzed in detail. The purpose of the last part of the work is to introduce my own, new proposal for the establishment of the electronic business for this company.
