Způsob financování výstavby rodinného domu z pohledu investora

Abstract

Obsahem této diplomové práce je definice a popis jednotlivých možností financování výstavby rodinného domu, následuje zpracování a vyhodnocení variant nabídnutých vybranými bankovními společnostmi v České republice. V teoretické části jsou základní poznatky týkající se dané problematiky, které jsou dále aplikovány v části praktické. Tato část se zabývá porovnáním jednotlivých variant financování a výběrem nejvhodnější z nich na základě zvolených kritérií.The main subject of diploma thesis is definition and description of different possibilities of financing the construction of family house, then processing and evaluation of variants offered by selected bank companies in the Czech Republic. In the theoretical part, there are basic knowledge about given issue, which are further applied in the practical part. The practical part deals with the comparison of various financing and selection of the most suitable ones according to selected criteria.
